"Our products have formed a series, including various industrial specific nano far-infrared energy-saving heating coils, single headed tubes, copper heating coils, integrated cold and hot devices, ceramic heating coils, etc. They are widely used in stamping molds, hot cutting knives, packaging machinery, injection molds, extrusion molds and other fields. "For example, the single head electric heating tube produced by the company is a high load type electric heating element. Currently, all of them are made of imported seamless stainless steel tubes. In response to the high surface temperature, thermal insulation, and leakage current requirements of the product during operation, the internal design uses high-temperature resistant magnesium oxide rods, anti oxidation nickel heating wires, and high-temperature special materials as conductors, fully considering the installation and use environment." Li Sen introduced that because the raw materials used are of good quality and high price, high-quality components can greatly enhance the market competitiveness of the final product for customers, solve customer after-sales problems, and save labor costs, which has been recognized and followed by many customers.

The laboratory has advanced testing instruments, and the nano infrared energy-saving heating ring product has been developed to the sixth generation, with a thermal efficiency more than twice that of traditional products, which can directly replace traditional injection molding electromechanical heating rings.
